You’ve enacted your awakening, whether you’re consciously aware of it or not, and you'll begin to feel a nagging sense that there must be more to life than this. Right now, you might feel like life is happening to you. Things feel hard; relationships feel strained; work is uninspiring, and you’re carrying a deep sense of frustration or disconnection. This discomfort isn’t random. It’s contrast. It’s here to wake you up to the life that’s actually available to you, a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and fulfilling.

This stage is about recognising the life trap you’ve been caught in, the treadmill of overworking, overthinking, and over-consuming, trying to fill a void that just won’t go away.
