Before this work, I spent 25+ years in brand and marketing, working with househld global brands, and running my own agency for 12 years. I’ve since helped hundreds of women build aligned, successful businesses rooted in truth and step into a new way of leading and living. My work combines commercial strategy with deep transformation.
I’m trained as a CHEK Holistic Coach, Certified EFT Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Parts (IFS) Practitioner, and Psych-K Facilitator, but more importantly, I only teach what I’ve lived. I’ve experienced identity collapse multiple times. I’ve left a long marriage, a 7-figure business and rebuilt my life and business, moved countries, and faced the patterns many women stay stuck in. Now I help women do the same: See the truth, break the pattern, and rebuild a life, love, and life’s work that reflects who they really are.
